Kirsten Tibballs @ Accoutrement

I attended a chocolate class held at Accoutrement in Mosman by Kirsten Tibballs from Savour School in Melbourne. Rather than being a “hands on” event, this was more of a demonstration, but that didn’t mean any less learning as Kirsten produced 4 different pieces & passed on her tips for success, from chocolate tempering to why you need a special piping tip for perfect eclairs…..
